Transtech Heads to Monterey for the Public Works Officers Institute!

The Transtech Team had a great few days up in Monterey for the League of California Cities Public Works Officers Institute! It sure felt great to be back to attending conferences in person! There were expert speakers on important topics, and the best part was reconnecting with industry friends and colleagues and meeting new leaders in this field! The Transtech Team was proud to represent and participate in this event again!

Transtech Joins the Municipal Management Association of Southern California (MMASC)!

Transtech is very excited to announce that we have joined the Municipal Management Association of Southern California (MMASC)! We are looking forward to being an active member and participating in events, conferences, workshops, trainings, and more!

Happy Women’s History Month!

March was Women’s History Month! Join us in celebrating some of the incredible Women of Transtech! This is a group of exceptional leaders, engineers, building officials, managers, directors, associates, technicians, inspectors, plans examiners, analysts, accountants, human resources professionals, administrative staff, coordinators, project managers, digital media staff, role models, mothers, sisters, daughters, mentors, friends, movers & shakers, and so much more! We appreciate you!

City of Ontario State of the City!

What a spectacular State of the City hosted by the City of Ontario! The Transtech Team was delighted to attend the 2022 State of the City in Ontario! Congratulations Mayor Paul Leon and the City of Ontario on your amazing accomplishments and visionary leadership!

City of South El Monte State of the City!

Congratulations to the City of South El Monte and Mayor Gloria Olmos on a wonderful and exciting State of the City Address! The Transtech Team was proud to attend and hear about all of the incredible progress and accomplishments happening in the great City of South El Monte! The future is bright!

City of Chino State of the City!

The Transtech Team was honored to support and attend the City of Chino and Mayor Eunice Ulloa’s State of the City presented by the Chino Valley Chamber of Commerce! Congratulations to the City of Chino for the incredible achievements, progress, and vision. We are all looking forward to what’s ahead! The Transtech headquarters is located in Chino, and we are proud to call this City our home!

Transtech Team Attends the 2022 City Manager’s Conference!

The Transtech Team attended the Annual City Manager’s Conference in Monterey hosted by League of California Cities. This high-energy conference was jam-packed with exciting discussions of the latest policies, strategies, concerns, and solutions that keep California forever evolving!

Transtech Training Academy!

Did you know that we have our very own Transtech Training Academy? We select a range of topics and have our expert team members give training presentations on them. Our goal is to promote career growth and increase industry knowledge for our team members in municipal services ranging in a wide variety of City services and topics such as Public Works, Community Development, Construction Management, CIP Management, Building and Safety, City & Traffic Engineering, and more. It’s a great opportunity for us to refresh and come together to share our real-life on-the-job experiences. This continuing training and education allow us to continue serving our client cities to the highest degree!

CalOES Training!

When the Earth starts to Rock, the Transtech Team is ready to Roll! Our very own Ziad Y. Mazboudi, Chair of the California ASCE Disaster and Response Committee, hosted a California Office of Emergency Services (CalOES) Safety Assessment Program (SAP) Evaluator training! We had over 30 Transtech Team members join us for this training! This training provides architects, engineers, building officials, and inspectors with the knowledge and protocol to evaluate homes, buildings, and infrastructures, to assist local governments in the aftermath of a disaster. This professional expertise is provided as a volunteer service and is based on the State of California’s training program. CalOES issues registration ID cards to all SAP Evaluators that have successfully completed the program requirements.

City of West Covina’s 1st Annual Spring Festival!

The Transtech Team had a wonderful time at the City of West Covina’s 1st Annual Spring Festival! Friends and family enjoyed a beautiful weekend filled with carnival rides, music, and over 150 food & retail vendors. Congratulations to the City of West Covina on a spectacular event!

Chino Cultural Palooza!

Giving back and community service is very much part of the Transtech Way! Our team was so excited to volunteer their Saturday to host a fun youth booth with arts and crafts at the Chino Cultural Palooza! We had fun getting creative with kids and even adults of all ages to make colorful friendship bracelets and necklaces. Our team had a great time at this event celebrating the many diverse cultures in the City of Chino through food, music, entertainment, arts, and much more!

Our very own Melissa Demirci was recognized by State Senator Josh Newman as “Citizen of the Month” for volunteering, participating, and mentoring young women from elementary school through high school to pursue STEM-related fields academically and professionally! Congratulations Melissa!
