Today marked the end of the construction phase for the Washington Boulevard Project in the City of Commerce. We celebrated with a ground-breaking Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on the corner of Washington Blvd and Commerce Way.

The Washington Boulevard Project is located in the City of Commerce. Washington Boulevard, as part of the Gateway Cities region, serves as a major east-west corridor that passes though the City of Commerce. The project is locally and significant due to it being a key link in the regional movement of goods from the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach to the terminals of the Union Pacific Railroad and Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railways. It also serves as one of the significant connectors between the I-710 and I-5 freeways carrying approximately 35000 vehicles per day.

Transtech Engineers is the construction manager of the Washington Blvd Project. The Transtech team is highly experienced bringing over 30 years of experience in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, and Roadway design in similar projects including major roadway constructions, bridge projects, and convention centers throughout United States and within Los Angeles County.
