California Contract Cities Association (CCCA) is a collection of member cities united for a common cause. Born in 1958 as the direct result of the “Lakewood Plan”, CCCA grew from eight contracting or member cities to 70 member cities today with more than 7 million residents. The general purpose of the CCCA is to serve as a rallying point for cities contracting for municipal services to ensure member constituents the best service at the minimum cost. Through municipal seminars, education, exchange of ideas and information, CCCA combines resources to influence policy decisions affecting member cities.
