The Mosaic Parking Structure in the City of Alhambra is now complete and open just in time for the holidays.
Transtech served as the turn key design/build program manager, construction manager, and inspector representing the City for the Mosaic Parking Structure in the City of Alhambra. The team completed the project in less than one year from groundbreaking to completion just in time for the holiday shopping.
The multi-storied 5+ level structure, located on North First Street adds a total of 307 new parking spaces to Alhambra’s vibrant downtown, a ray of sunshine for shoppers, patrons of downtown restaurants and lounges, and Main Street merchants.
With additional parking structures located on South First Street, behind the Renaissance Plaza, and on Chapel Avenue, visitors to Alhambra’s downtown now have many convenient choices for parking close to their destination.
The official ribbon cutting is schedule for December 3rd.
